In July 2016 , my wife and I had the opportunity to open Marjorie May, a waxing and nail boutique in Portland Oregon. In 2018 we decided to expand the business into a much larger space in the Pearl. The scope of the project was quite vast. From acquiring the property to the day the doors opened, I was involved in every design decision that was made. This includes everything from designing the layout to branding to custom furniture. Even the wallpaper and gift cards. No detail was an afterthought.
